As most of the brands and shops for NZ don't match up with the advice provided else where on the web for supplies I thought we could have a single please to check if anyone has found comparable products or great deals.
Paint
Halo 3 Master Chief
Belton Molotow 'Amazonas' ~$14 per 400ml can at Gordon Harris ( www.gordonharris.co.nz/molotow-belton-spray-paint-c-1822_1863.html )
I found a colour at Dulux that matches as well but I've lost the colour ticket. Will find again soon.
Plastidip
Super Cheap Auto
$30 per can www.supercheapauto.co.nz/Product/Plasti-Dip-Aerosol-Black-311g/353850?menuFrom=1021683
Repco
$30 per can, but their website is shit

Respirators/Masks
Bunnings/Mitre10
YOU NEED TO BUY A P2 CLASS RESPIRATOR AT A MINIMUM FOR FIBREGLASSING.
The packaging should mention dealing with organic vapours. You can get these for as little as $10 for 2. Your health is worth buying the right mask.
Respirators over this class start to get very expensive. If you can afford a full face respirator then do it.
The cheap sanding respirators are not designed to deal with the fumes that are emitted by curing fibreglass.
Card Stock
In NZ Card stock is measured in gsm rather than lb.
You may have seen the number 110lb cardstock thrown around. That's 200gsm.
Generally you can get 160gsm or 210gsm. You want 210gsm. 160gsm is rather flimsy and will not hold resin as well as 210gsm, which means you end up with more warping.

Epoxy Resin
Mitre10/Bunnings - both sell Norski starter Kits. These are only big enough for a helmet. By volume they are also super expensive. Drop the $99 for the 5L.
NZ Fibreglass LTD
They sell a variety of sizes. Shipping is fast. Buy the 5L kit for a full suit

Glass Cloth
Buy glass cloth, not chopped strand. Chopped strand is cheaper but much harder/messier to work with as well as being weaker.
Only buy chopped strand if you can't get glass cloth.
Fibreglass Shop - Cheapest if you can wait for the arrival.
They sell a wide variety of sizes and products. Fibreglass cloth and fibreglass tape are the most commonly used.

Mitre10 / Bunnings - Available at 'some' stores. Chopped strand is almost always available, not many stores seem to have glass cloth

'Bondo' / Body Filler
Bondo is a brand name for an automotive body filler commonly used in the US. Not many places in NZ will stock Bondo and you will pay a premium for the name. Buying other brands work just as well because they are literally the same product.
Super cheap auto sell their own brand automotive body filler that works jut fine and if very cheap.

Spot Filler
Repco sell spot filler in a tub. I haven't seen it sold anywhere in a tuber yet which is annoying.
I would put a URL here but Repco's website is shit.
Foam related
Sheets of foam
Para Rubber
Mitre10/Bunnings
Adhesive / Contact Glue / Contact Cement
In NZ the main adhesive company is ADOS. They make a large variety of products. But the one used for sticking bits of foam together is F2.
Bunnings

www.bunnings.co.nz/ados-f2-contact-adhesive-1l_p00135356
General
Padding Foam
Para Rubber
It's more expensive but it comes in large, easy to work with sheets of any size you want.
Super Cheap Auto
Car sponges are often on sale for as little as $2 for the XL size.
Disposable Brushes
You will go through a LOT of brushes building a suit of armor.
Whether it's resin or F2, you will end up making a lot of stirring sticks out of brushes through the process.
You can buy these from a lot of places, generally it's cheapest to buy them in 10 or 20 packs.
Bunnings
They sell a good 10 pack for around $4. Couldn't find a link to it online though.
$2 Shops
They tend to sell packs of details brushes or paint brushes for around $5
