Hi everyone,
I'm currently building a pepakura fibreglass Halo 3 Mark VI spartan suit. I'm getting to the point that I need to decide how I'm going to mount everything and get the pieces that have to be cut to hold together.
So mostly I'm just looking for any advice anyone has on using magnets to hold everything together, or alternative methods.
At the moment I'm probably going to build a harness made of poly webbing with plastic buckles for weight support and magnets to snap the cut pieces together.
Most of what I've seen so far has used magnets with a holding strength of ~4-6kg. How does this compare with what everyone here uses?
